USER RESPONSIBILITY To receive the order user must fill in all necessary forms correctly and provide valid data. All issues concerning order cancel, returns and exchanges of improper quality products etc. user must write to orders@dizao-shop.com. ORDER CANCEL (USER INITIATIVE) User can cancel the order via writing about this issue to orders@dizao-shop.com only before the dispatch is made. In this case refund of the prepayment is made in 10 days. Refund will be reduced by the PayPal transaction fee. After the dispatch order cancel is impossible. ORDER CANCEL (SHOP INITIATIVE) In case of unavailability of the ordered product on the shop warehouse shop must phone or e-mail to the user and give an opportunity to cancel the order with a full prepayment refund or suggest to change this product to another one of the shop assortment (change opportunity is decided for every case individually). In case of not receiving the product at fault of the user the order is recognized canceled and user receives prepayment back, the refund will be reduced by the PayPal transaction fee and return shipment sum. In case of no answer form the user via phone or e-mail in two days, shop has the right to cancel the order. EXCHANGE AND RETURN Products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned. Products of improper quality can be exchanged or returned in accordance with applicable law. REVIEWS MODERATION RULES All reviews on the website subject to moderation. Every review can be not placed on the website without explanation.
